ING Mortgage $1000 Off Closing Costs

I'm not sure how good is ING with their rate is, but right now, they are taking $1000 off for get a mortgage through.

Again, it's best to check their rate in comparison with others. Bankrate has a pretty good rate calculator chart to see if it's a good deal or not when you go with their rate.

Here's from ING:
Don't Overpay on Your Closing Costs:

Some banks will offer a lower rate but will recoup these costs in other ways like added fees, up-front deposits or other surprise charges.

The chart below shows on average what other banks can charge to process and close a $250,000 loan. Closing costs vary from state to state and Daily Interest Charges are based on your rate and the day your loan closes. For example, if your loan funds on the 10th of the month, and there are 30 days in that month, multiply the Daily Interest Charge by 20 – the number of days remaining in that month.
